We know how costly downtime can be, and finding the right people to support can be a challenge. Let our dedicated service team help you to keep your control systems running optimally with a Transicon Support Contract. We offer three levels of support, depending on your needs:

  • Bronze – Support during office hours, Monday - Friday
  • Silver – Remote support, 24/7
  • Gold – Same day call out, 24/7

What we Offer - In Detail

Service at times to suit you

  1. Site survey of unknown equipment, obsolescence identification and parameters/software downloaded where possible. Overview of safety systems provided.
  2. Proposal to remove/minimise risk of obsolete control equipment provided, whether that be critical spares holdings, a preventative maintenance schedule or an upgrade to modern equipment.
  3. Choose the level of Support contract you require with three levels of support available: bronze, silver and gold.

Ongoing Support: Bronze

  • Dedicated telephone number will be provided for online/telephone support provided by Transicon service engineers from 08:30-17:00 Monday – Thursday, 08:30-16:00 Fridays.
  • Where the issue cannot be resolved online, we aim to attend site the next working day.

Ongoing Support: Silver

  • Dedicated telephone number will be provided for authorised users online/telephone support provided by Transicon service engineers on a 24/5 or 24/7 basis.
  • Where the issue cannot be resolved online, we will attend site the next working day.

Ongoing Support: Gold

  • Dedicated telephone number will be provided for authorised users with online/telephone support provided by Transicon service engineers on a 24/5 or 24/7 basis.
  • Where the issue cannot be resolved online or you require site attendance, we will attend site on the same day, with engineers mobilised within 4 hours from your first call.

Preventative/Predictive Maintenance for Industrial Equipment

Equipment failures can cause delays, defects, and dissatisfied customers. Efficient maintenance systems can minimise the risk of failure.

We can assist with Preventative maintenance schedules for your controls equipment, based on specific duration of time or usage. This involves estimating the time when a 8dpiece of equipment may wear out or need repair based on past performance and problems.

Using modern sensing equipment, we can go further, using data analysis and AI to identify issues sooner. Our service team can help you address these identified issues before they cause product issues or downtime with a Predictive Maintenance schedule.

Critical Spares Management

In conjunction with your maintenance schedules for your control systems, we can assist your maintenance department with identifying and sourcing critical spares to minimise the impact of parts failing.
